No returns, no refunds. Flowers are perishable and vase life varies depending on care and type of flower.

For best results: Every two days change the water, add flower preservative, and give the stems a fresh cut. Don't place flowers in a location that is hot, in direct sunlight, or near ripening fruit.

Some flower varieties are toxic if ingested, take care around children and pets.
